We are looking for CNC Machinists, reporting into the Operations Manager, to join one of our Shift teams that will be fully engaged and adaptable, will be team players and problem solvers, and will be excellent communicators. Role Overview: The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Set-up / changeover and / or operate a range of CNC grinding machines and machining centres by installing and adjusting work holding, tooling and tool wear offsets. Efficiently and productively load and safely operate a range of CNC machines ensuring that down time is minimised. Able to run multiple machines / set-ups (multitask). Recognise, deploy, and properly use inserts, work holding, and tooling. Efficient identification of production process tool wear and the timely adjustment, replacement of worn, broken or damaged cutting tools.
