Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client and family centered care model the position performs duties such as transporting clients to and from required areas using stretchers and wheelchairs, moving a variety of equipment within the department, assists patients and technologists with test procedures and performs routine clerical duties. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Grade 12 and one years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) .Knowledge & AbilitiesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in written EnglishAbility to deal with others effectively.Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.Ability to organize work.Ability to operate related equipment.The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
