We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site Call Center team. In this role, you will handle inquiries related to Child Support Services, providing outstanding support through phone calls, chats, and emails. Additionally, you will assist clients in registering for Electronic Payment Cards and Direct Deposit. Successful candidates will be highly customer-oriented, adaptable to evolving policies and procedures, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team. WORK SITE: 10390 Peter A McCuen Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA WORK SCHEDULE: S hifts are 8 hours, with a 45-minute lunch, Shift times range between 5:50 am to 6 pm WHAT YOU'LL DO: Informing Parent Paying Support (PPS) options for making payments. Registering PPS to make electronic payments Informing Person Receiving Support (PRS), the options they have for receiving payments: EPC, bank account/direct deposit Informing Employers of the options for making payments for their employees who are ordered to pay child support Registering Employers to make electronic payments Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
