This position's home company is OLLY. THE ROLE: SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR : Our Senior Supply Chain Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the supply chain strategy. Reporting to our VP Operations, this role will serve as a key leader of our growing Operations team. This position requires superior business, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to implement new supply chain techniques and lean/continuous improvement programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process delivering cross-functionally aligned, feasible short & long-term demand and supply plans with a goal of ensuring high customer fill rates and retail in- stock levels - Oversee creation of Consensus demand plan integrating statistical forecasting, market intelligence, Sales insights, promotions, new product launches and channel dynamics. - Creates a dynamic inventory strategy that balances customer service, workin...
