Job Summary: The Nursing Practice Coordinator role supports delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting best practices for nursing team members. This role will collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards. The Nurse Practice Coordinator will also serve as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, just-in-time training, and support to enhance nursing practice and professional development. They also act as a bridge between clinical education leadership and frontline nursing teams, ensuring consistent communication, quality improvement, and professional growth. Team members in the Nursing Practice Coordinator role must demonstrate and maintain clinical expertise in the specific area of healthcare in which they will provide education and training.
