POSITION SUMMARY: Maintenance A is responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, welding and repair of facilities and equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs systems, general equipment, and facilities. Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. Performs general welding in repairing equipment and framing molds for tooling. Oversees the work of full-time helpers; instructs, trains, and assists team engaged in related operations EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: None Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: custodial or maintenance preferred: Drivers License: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Knowledge of a variety of general maintenance, electrical and plumbing hand and power tools, forklifts, tractors, and motor vehicles.
