Join Us as an Evening Receptionist! Part time 24 hours, Weekdays Monday through Friday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm. No Weekends! The Receptionist at MiraVista Behavioral Health Center serves as a vital frontline representative and administrative support professional within a fast-paced, patient-centered mental health care environment. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming, calm, and respectful atmosphere for patients, families, visitors, vendors, and staff while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, safety and professionalism. Receptionist responsibilities: - Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous, respectful, and trauma-informed manner - Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally - Maintain a calm and supportive demeanor when interacting with patients in emotional distress. Acts as a resource for staff, families, and visitors. - Professional presentation in dress, appearance, and speech is required. - Maintain accurate patient logs in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.
