Overview Summary: The Chief of Maintenance is responsible for the strategic direction, planning, and execution of all maintenance operations for the community, overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all facilities, systems, and equipment. This role includes the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and the broader maintenance team, as well as managing external vendors and contractors. The Chief of Maintenance ensures that the community maintains the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics while delivering superior customer service that aligns with the mission and values of the Castle Group. The Chief of Maintenance provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
