Title: Medical Records Technician Location: Colchester, VT Job Summary: Provide administrative and records management support for medical case management operations supporting military readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and organize Soldier medical records - Upload, track, and validate medical documentation - Enter and update data in MEDCHART, MEDPROS, and related systems - Ensure records are complete and audit-ready - Support monthly reporting and case tracking - Coordinate document flow with providers and case managers - Ensure compliance with Army medical record regulations Required Qualifications: - Experience in medical records, health admin, or HIM - Knowledge of HIPAA and records handling - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Preferred: - Experience with military medical systems - RHIT/RHIA or similar certification
