Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: - Follow all established safety procedures in plant and warehouse. - Ensure that forklift is in proper, safe working order and report any issues to supervisor or team leader. - Safely use forklift to transport and stage product in accordance with established procedures. - Safely transfer product from one pallet/tray to another as required. - Safely use forklift to load/unload products into/out of trailers in accordance with established procedures. - Properly and consistently use proper scanning scripts for all movement of product. - Competently utilize JDE system for all paperwork and inventory management. - Correctly select pallet sizes for customers and ensure pallets are kept in the correct location. - Communicate effectively with team members electronically, by phone, and in person. - Perform any other duty as assigned by management. - Valid Forklift Certification (Will be provided by the company.) - Basic knowledge of inventory systems. - Effective communication skills. - Must be able to read and complete various forms in writing and on the computer.
