Overview The Client Service Analyst (CSA) role ensures adequate support for the client-facing team on coding and policy as well as operational related activities. The CSA must be familiar with the day-to-day activities of the Medical Policy Director (MPD) and client-facing Medical Directors. This job description does not constitute an employment agreement and is subject to change as the needs of Cotiviti and requirements of the job change. - Supports Medical Policy Directors (MPD) through various aspects of the New Policy processes: - Marks policies provided by the MPD to ready to present in CPW , Generates New Policy Presentations, the associated decision matrices, and pulls all Business Objects (BO), Tableau and/or BI and Presentation Manager (PM) reports for . - Ensures policies selected for presentation include all appropriate claim types and LOB - Ensures there are no conflicts with mutually exclusive decision points. - Submits a request to Medicaid Research for con...
