Job Title: Shahbaz - Wegman Cottages - Long Term Care Department: LTC Location: Wegman Cottages - Park Ridge Living Center Hours Per Week: 37.5 Schedule: Days 7a - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holiday SUMMARY: As a Shahbaz, you are responsible for assisting our residents with a wide range of their daily needs and undertakings. In addition to direct patient care, they are responsible for meal preparation, house cleaning and various recreational activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Care. Provide and assist with all aspects of daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing and comfort care; maintain a safe and attractive environment at all times Meal Preparation. Prepare meals based on Food Production Sheet and create alternative choices to meet patients’ preference and nutritional needs; ensure all kitchen logs are in compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations; maintain a safe and sanitary environment Housekeeping. Monitor housekeeping and laundry logs daily; coordinate cleaning schedules Activity Management.
