Job Title: Business Analyst – Project & Change Management Job Type: Contract Location: Hybrid (2 days remote), Vancouver, Canada Experience: 5+ Years Rate: CAD 45 to 55 per hou r Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Business Analyst – Project & Change Management to support enterprise initiatives focused on business transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver core business analysis services, project coordination, and change management activities for large-scale programs. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate workshops, develop critical project documentation, and support the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
