Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Follow general safety and sanitation procedures and standards. · Wash bakery and restaurant containers, utensils, pots, and pans. · Must notify supervisor or manager anytime tool/machine breaks and requires repair or replacement. · Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) · California Food Handlers card is required for all food service employees who prepare, store, and serve food. · A willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. · Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively within a sometimes-pressurized environment. · Bilingual-English/Spanish skills helpful, but not required. · Ability to read chemical labels, safety documents, and other work-related documents. Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
