This role blends hands-on technical service with consultative problem-solving, customer relationship management, and business development. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise Configure, install, troubleshoot, network, and maintain Ricoh products and services across multiple platforms. Lead complex service efforts and mentor peers in resolving advanced technical issues. Share expertise in equipment operations and adjustments based on specifications and documentation. Identify opportunities to increase product utilization and customer value. Customer Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor, anticipating customer needs and promoting Ricoh’s full suite of support offerings. Manage your own schedule while supporting team workload coordination. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel.
