We are looking for a commercially-minded, high-energy P&C professional to act as a critical link between our people and our business goals, ensuring Kogan.com remains a magnet for top-tier talent. This is a high-impact where you willl move beyond traditional administration to provide genuine business partnering, driving everything from complex employee relations and talent acquisition to evolving our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Working directly with the Director - People & Culture, you will have the autonomy to influence how we hire, develop, and retain the best in the industry within a fast-paced, ASX-listed environment. In this role you'll be responsible for: Sourcing, Candidate Management & Hiring Select and utilise cost-effective sourcing channels to find the best talent. Analyse and report on channel effectiveness to ensure efficient talent acquisition. Build and engage effective talent pipelines for relevant roles.
