Key responsibilities include: - Run the Chocolate Manufacturing Process and all related equipment - Responsible for the care, operation and safety of the equipment in the Chocolate manufacturing Dept - Receive production orders from Production Supervisor, Production Manager, QA and R&D - Must be able to perform the Refiner and Dry Ingredient Dump Station operator positions - Must be able to perform analytical functions including fineness, viscosity and color measurement - Create recipe file for raw material consumption - From the production order set the recipe in the computer systems - Insure that the correct quantities of chocolate liquor, cocoa bu...
