Description SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Executive Director of HR, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of HR functions with the main emphasis on talent acquisition, data analytics reporting, new hire orientation, student and staff employment processes, benefits and HRIS administration. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: reporting metrics, and hiring.
