What You Do: The Benefits Specialist supports the administration, communication, and continuous improvement of competitive company benefit programs to ensure team members clearly understand and effectively utilize available benefits. This role partners with internal teams and external vendors to maintain accurate benefit administration, support team member engagement, and ensure programs align with business and organizational needs. The position supports a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment and works collaboratively with domestic and international partners.
