As a Data Analyst/Program Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Family and Community Support Services’ Teaching Together Home Visiting (TTHV) program. This position supports CAPSLO’s mission by providing support to the Family and Community Support Services staff, who work with clients and help them achieve self-sufficiency. Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED. - Five years of experience in office management and clerical duties, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and tracking data. - Fluency in two or more languages, including one that supports the needs of the program and community is preferred, but not required - Depending on the department assigned, a valid California driver’s license, a current DMV driving record, and proof of insurance may be required to fulfill job-related travel.
