Job Description As a Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) in the Pharma Business Unit, you will hold brand management responsibility for product(s) within the Our Company's pharma portfolio , primarily driven by cardiovascular brands . In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies and activities to support the growth of the portfolio, prepare for future launches, and maximize opportunities across more mature brands. The role focuses on building a strong understanding of new and evolving markets and translating data and insights into clear hypotheses and priorities. The BCM brings an analytical approach and connects market dynamics, customer insights, and business objectives to support robust brand planning and effective cross‑functional alignment. Execution excellence will be a critical success factor in this role. The BCM is expected to drive disciplined and high‑quality execution of action plans, including the development of compelling materials, delivery of brand initiatives and events, and effective orchestration of activities to ensure strategy is translated into impact.
