POSITION SUMMARY: Eagle Fire Inc. is launching a brand-new Sales Development team and is seeking motivated, curious, and innovative Sales Development Representatives to help build the function from the ground up. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing organization and play a critical role in shaping how Eagle Fire engages customers, identifies opportunities, and drives revenue. The Sales Development Representative will focus primarily on expanding and reactivating existing customer accounts by identifying inspection, service, and system upgrade opportunities. Depending on the size and complexity of each opportunity, the SDR will either close the business directly or coordinate a qualified handoff to Outside Sales with full context and documentation.
