Role: As a Care Support Specialist at Steadfast Health, you’ll be at the heart of our inpatient consultation model, supporting both patients and clinical teams within the hospital system — all while working 100% remote. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and their care teams, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, empathetic, and supportive.
