General Mission: The Operations Group Lead directly impacts the company’s results by effectively managing the human and material resources assigned to them. They ensure team development to guarantee service quality and reinforce the application of Safety, Security, and Quality standards on site. Key Activities: The Operations Group Lead for Reactor Service will have an operational team of between 10 to 20 people that can goes from technician level 1 role to Project Manager. His team will be accountable for onsite operation project execution among “OCV” entity and mainly Opening and Closing of the Vessel and related activities. He is also accountable for Customer satisfaction and executing activities as required per the customer contract.
