Job description

SUMMARY: The Product Analyst is accountable for working with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders to define user stories, assist the Product Owner with product roadmaps, service offerings and new features. This is a hands-on role which requires in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector, emerging trends in the banking industry and has experience collaborating with agile teams. The candidate should have the ability to develop business cases and process flows in collaboration with users, agile design teams and external vendor partners. The Product Analyst will own and continuously refine the Salesforce user stories within the product backlog and assist the Product Owner with the prioritization of items for delivery based on value to business. Additionally, will act as the back-up liaison to the Product Owner between the business and agile teams, ensuring the teams understand the vision for the products. Works closely with the development team that addresses user story needs, provides real-time feedback and answers questions on an ongoing basis.
