Y ou are part of our DevOps team that provides the developer platform (DevPlat) and shape the future of software development at Swiss Post. With your expertise in CI/CD and software development, you create modern, efficient, and reliable solutions that elevate the developer's experience to the next level. You work closely with software engineers and platform teams to optimize our tooling landscape and boost the productivity of all DevOps teams. What you can do: − Lead the development of our internal developer platform (Backstage) − Provide application skeletons so our teams can start new applications effortlessly − Development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions − Building and optimizing developer tooling and workflows − Automating build, test, and deployment processes − Advising and supporting developers on CI/CD-related questions − Monitoring and continuously improving the developer experience − Close collaboration with other DevOps and platform teams What you bring − Experience with Backstage or Typescript & NodeJS − Background as a software developer, ideally in Java or C# − Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions − Good understanding of CI/CD concepts...
