Description Guaranteed hours + leadership caregiving role for experienced CNAs Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to serve as Lead Caregivers supporting clients and care teams across our service area.This leadership caregiving role is ideal for experienced CNAs who are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable stepping in where care is needed most. Lead Caregivers provide hands-on care while also helping ensure continuity of care by covering start-of-care visits, caregiver call-outs, and open shifts. This role is best suited for dependable CNAs who take pride in reliability and are comfortable stepping in to support clients when care coverage is needed.
