FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations. The Website Growth Manager will partner closely with the Head of Marketing to own and optimize FieldPulse’s website as a high-performing revenue engine. This role is responsible for the ongoing performance, functionality, and conversion rate of the site—ensuring pages are live, accurate, and aligned with campaign goals while proactively identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive pipeline. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and can bring operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization to one of our most important growth channels.
