Job Title: People Operations Partner Department: People Operations: Location: Moses Lake, WA: Reports To: Manager of People Operations PNW Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite: Travel: 10% - 15%: Compensation: $85k Yearly Salary: Job Summary: The People Operations Partner provides farm leadership with strategic People Operations partnership, acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters. This role focuses on workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance strategy, and leadership coaching.
