THE ROLE: Warehouse Associate Location: Shepherdsville, KY: Overview : The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various general warehouse duties. Warehouse Associates will operate cross-functionally throughout the distribution center to ensure efficient running of the distribution center in order to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Shift Structure (subject to change based on business need) Requirements: - Order Fulfillment : Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, utilizing RF scanners, carts, and multi-level mezzanines. - Receiving & Put-Away : Receive, unload, and put away incoming products, ensuring items are correctly profiled and stored in the warehouse management system. - Inventory Control : Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Process, inspect, and credit customer returns according to established procedures. - Material Handling : Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors to move freight, stock, and other materials. - Safety & Organization : Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by strictly adhering to all 5S principles and company safety poli...
