ABOUT THE POSITION: The Senior Regional Sales Representative drives growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for regional accounts spanning Outdoor, Snowsports and Lifestyle Accounts. With a consumer and brand led mindset, this role focuses on building strong retail partnerships while optimizing profitability for both Mountain Hardwear and our partners. This position is responsible for both key and specialty accounts across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii . HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Implement strategies to maintain and own account relationships within assigned territory. Seeks to identify and execute sales opportunities with an enterprise mindset. Constructs, communicates, and executes sales plans and forecasts externally and internally. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support a best-in-class business. Gathers marketplace intelligence and consumer insights to execute brand strategy. Delivers compelling seasonal product presentations utilizing elevated and persuasive storytelling and directive selling techniques.
