Join us as an Onboarding Advisor This key role will see you managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing clients You’ll be liaising with clients and customers to gather the right information needed to provide a seamless onboarding experience for various products This is an opportunity to become a subject matter expert and develop your career with professional qualifications which we’ll support you with What you'll do: As an Onboarding Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of new customer relationships by verifying identity and performing thorough due diligence checks. In this role you'll be working on a range of CDD operational tasks. You may support either Mettle, our business banking proposition, or Boxed, our banking-as-a-service (BaaS) proposition, or both.
