Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Total Rewards Partner, you Act as a rewards partner, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and sales market operational relevance across AUNZ Lead the execution of rewards programs at sales market level, think compensation, benefits, mobility and other specialist areas of global total rewards Support the implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles and oversee the annual rewards processes (salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, market benchmarking) for the sales market Drive consistency and compliance with global policies, ensuring all local practices follow both global frameworks and legal requirements Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to support organization‑specific reward strategies and decision‑making Collaborate with Finance and HR functions to facilitate effective cost planning and accurate compensation data management in global HR systems Analyse internal and external market data to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices in the sales market Contribute to the continuous improvement of global rewards processes, tools, and data quality Ensure compliance acros...
