This is a career opportunity ideally suited to candidates seeking career progression and stability within a family focussed, leading construction and development company What you’ll do: As the initial face and voice of Domaine Homes you will be provided with continual training and support while being responsible for: - Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally - Greeting and assisting visitors, customers and contractors in a welcoming and helpful manner - Ensuring messages are recorded accurately and relayed to the appropriate team members without delay - Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages efficiently - Preparing outgoing mail and coordinating courier services as required - Maintaining and order office and stationery supplies - Managing and organising meeting room bookings - Ensuring the reception area, meeting rooms and common spaces are tidy and presentable - Managing calendar, shared inbox's and workflow database(ClickHome) - Customer portal uploa...
