Shape the future of hospitality – Join us as Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) in Amsterdam! How you’ll be hosting with heart: You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement. Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Amsterdam. Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work. Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management. Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly. Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.
