POSITION: Stacker Operator Location: Conyers, GA PSS: Shift: 3rd Shift Available (11 PM - 7 AM) OT may be required SUMMARY: The Stacker Operator manages all end-of-line activities for the corrugator, ensuring sheets are stacked, organized, and prepared for downstream production. This role is vital to maintaining flow, quality, and safety, requiring a proactive individual who is eager to learn multiple machine functions and optimize production efficiency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Production & Operation: Operate corrugator conveyor lines and unitizers according to the production schedule. - Quality Control: Count and verify units; ensure accurate load tags are present and protective top/bottom sheets are correctly applied. - Equipment Maintenance: Proactively monitor equipment; submit maintenance work orders for repairs and assist with basic troubleshooting/cleanup. - Cross-Training: Train in Slitter Operator and Doublebacker positions to provide backup and advance your technical knowledge. - Material Handling: Restack, flip, and band units as necessary.
