Job description

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Cloud System Administrator II to join our team! Specifically, we are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will provide hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support across multiple cloud environments, handling Tier I–III customer capacity requests, facilitating escalations to the Architecture Team, and delivering responsive customer support via chat, email, and ticketing systems. Qualifications: Required: - Must possess one active mid-level or advanced Cloud Certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack) - Nine (9) years of related work experience - Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field - An additional four (4) years of relevant experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree - Strong knowledge of Cloud solutions, including but not limited to AWS, OpenStack and Microsoft Azure products - Demonstrated experience using tools like OpenStack, Eucalyptus, OpenShift, and Kubernetes - Must have hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible - Experience with DevOps practices - AWS experience - Must work with little to no prescriptive guidance - Development experience with both Linux and Windows workloads usi...
