Capture Manager The Opportunity: Drive the capture of business development opportunities, including shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge . Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. You Have: - Experience as a Capture Manager, including leading and managing complex capture efforts within the DoW or Intelligence Community - Experience developing cyber solutions for the DoW and Intelligence Community in the cyber operational domain - Experience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses - Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners - Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes - Experience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance - Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to...
