Treasury - Front Office Manager

Job description

Your key mission – What will you do? You will oversee the implementation of the financial policy of the group, maintain an accurate and up to date long term financing plan for the Group, and monitor the foreign exchange, interest rate, equity and commodities risks. You will directly report to the Head of Front Office. You will be in contact with finance colleagues around the globe and compile recommendations in line with affiliates’ needs and Group requirements, as well as implementing strategies. You will also provide financial markets expertise to internal counterparts when needed. More specifically: Debt Capital Market You will prepare, structure, and execute debt issuance (short and long term) You will provide precise monitoring of financial market ‘conditions’ and new products development Corporate Finance: You will elaborate rating-agencies adjusted financial modelling and sensitivity analysis to assess the potential impact of any financial operations You will help maintain the long-term financing plan of the Group Foreign Exchange: You will implement Pernod Ricard foreign exchange hedging policy You will be in charge of the group intercompany netting processes Interest rates...
