Job description

Create and implement in-house production schedules, maintain network components and systems/warehouse equipment, and assist with technical issues across multiple facilities. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create and implement in-house production schedules - Prepare daily reports and verify accurate printing and storage of department reports - Maintain hardware and software equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers - Maintain proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy - Provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with internal audits by providing required information or reports MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES): - High School Diploma or GED - 1-year systems support experience or equivalent technical training - Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting - Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to travel up to 25% - Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahr...
