Full-time, Days 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday: 80 hrs/2 weeks General Summary: Works collaboratively to facilitate a stable and smooth operation of the program and provides therapeutic interventions in accordance with best practice guidelines, client treatment plans, and policies; performs a variety of client care, case management and administrative functions; and completes details of the discharge plan and makes modifications in order to facilitate the successful discharge of clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Assists in developing and executing individual treatment plans for clients. - Provides day-to-day oversight of all therapeutic activities. - Provides individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a wide range of techniques designed to treat mental illness, emotional problems, social and interpersonal problems, and functional deficits. - Maintains an awareness of significant client history, present status, and any precautions in effect.
