Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub, with a focus on Facilities and Corporate Functions. This role is a strategic partner to G&A leadership, driving financial insight and discipline across operating expenses, capital investments, and a global real estate portfolio, while leading and developing a high-performing team. This role owns the Facilities P&L, including OPEX/CAPEX governance, lease analytics, and forecasting, ensuring strong financial execution. This role will also drive spend modeling, lease economics, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions.
