About the Team The AI Success Engineering team turns breakthrough AI products into enterprise-scale impact. We partner closely with customers to move from experimentation to real-world transformation, owning adoption, technical readiness, and long-term value realization. The team accelerates delivery in production and shapes how OpenAI’s products drive measurable business outcomes. We work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Technical Success, and Product to bring frontier AI safely and successfully to market. About the Role: We are seeking a senior technical leader to manage and scale a high-performing team of AI Success Engineers. This team owns post-sale technical success for ChatGPT Enterprise, driving customer onboarding, activation, and adoption through structured programs, enablement, and change-management playbooks. AI Success Engineers are deeply technical and hands-on, supporting customers with advanced capabilities including connectors, Codex, custom GPTs, and other frontier features as they are released.
