At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ​ Job Overview: Assists more senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machinery in order to optimize quality and output levels. Job Requirements: Responsible for analyzing complex manufacturing process flows and developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operational sequences and processes in the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Applies fundamental knowledge of engineering principles to resolve routine issues and technical problems with limited scope. Work with automated/semi-automated/manual assembly equipment and processes Manages assigned projects: Lead and analyze process related issues w/ data. New process work router development: Daily support of manufacturing areas, including updating production routings in SAP Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing tools: Complete time studies and process flow audits, improve efficiencies and minimize waste Identify where quality inspections or QIP check points would be required or optimal Optimize confirmation po...
