Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: POSITION PURPOSE: We are looking for compassionate providers who are solutions-focused and believe in a community-based care approach, and who excel at both practice and mentoring. Sound like you? Be an integral member of a Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff. Provides direction and supervision to team members while providing direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults, including evaluation & assessment, group therapy, and case management. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The primary function is to provide supervision and direction to team members; the Clinical Lead also provides psychotherapy, case management, and mental health supports. Be an integral member of a Treatment Team, in constant collaboration with psychiatrists and other agency staff. Assist clients with accessing services, build support networks and resolve conflicts.
