About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. The Nursing Manager coordinates, manages, and supervises the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the nursing services unit of the hospital. This role collaborates with the leadership team to develop site and service goals providing input related to the development and management of the budget. The Nursing Manager develops policies and procedures in coordination with other leaders to support services in the provision of excellent clinical services. Essential Functions: Assumes day-to-day accountability for the delivery of quality services by directing the nursing assessment of all patients. Observes nursing care to ensure that nursing care is carried out as directed and treatment is administered in accordance to physician instructions.
