Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Scrub Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. This role is responsible for maintaining a sterile field, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and ensuring surgical instruments and supplies are available, sterile, and functioning properly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork skills, while maintaining the highest standards of surgical care and patient safety. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and organize the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready and sterile. Scrub in and assist surgeons during operative procedures by passing instruments, sponges, sutures, and other supplies. Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure. Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after surgery to prevent retained surgical items. Handle surgical specimens properly and accurately.
