You will lead UX workstreams in complex, high-impact projects, mentor junior designers, and act as a bridge between user needs and business goals. This role demands a high level of ownership, communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution. Essential Functions: - Lead discovery activities, user research, and UX strategy formulation in relation to products - Design and deliver wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction models - Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align user needs and business objectives - Drive continuous user testing, validation, and iteration based on insights - Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other UX/UI designers - Actively contribute to and help evolve the Bunge Design System for the UX perspective - Promote UX best practices across the organization and advocate for the user - Guide design documentation, knowledge sharing, and governanc...
