STATUS: Full time LOCATION: Clifton Springs Hospital & Newark-Wayne Hospital DEPARTMENT: Imaging Services: SCHEDULE: Mon- Fri; 7:30 am & 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm SUMMARY: The Nuclear Medicine Supervisor performs, delegates, and coordinates patient care to the patient within the Department of Diagnostic Imaging. Effectively interacts with patients, families, Radiologists, other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional treatment and care. Assumes responsibility for the management of operational and allocation of materials and staff. Coaches and supports the team in accomplishing the department and health system mission, operating plan, and core values. Ensures that exams are delivered by those who are competent to do so according to the pertinent population, level of technology required, complexity of care needs, and the age of the patients. Key Responsibilities: Provides daily supervision to assigned technical staff (including off-shifts as appropriate).
