The Senior Claims Consultant – Property is responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of property claims, ensuring timely, accurate, and commercially sound outcomes that are aligned with policy coverage and organisational objectives. The role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted point of contact for brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders, and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout the claims lifecycle. In addition, the Senior Claims Consultant – Property will provide support to the Claims Leader – Property and the General Manager Claims, assisting with broader team initiatives, projects, and operational requirements as needed, and contributing to continuous improvement and team capability uplift.
